Here are 5 homemade face masks to get your skin glowing.

 

 

De Puff with a Coffee Turmeric Mask

1 Tbsp instant or ground coffee 

1 Tbsp turmeric powder

1 Tbsp greek yogurt

 

Mix together and apply all over your face including eye area. Leave on for 20 minutes, then remove with a warm, damp towel.

  

Benefits:

Coffee is packed caffeine and antioxidants which reduces inflammation and energize the skin, giving it a natural, healthy glow. Turmeric is full of brightening vitamin C that can lighten pigmentation while the yogurt contains lactic acid AHA which improves skin texture, leaving it baby smooth.

 

 

 

 

Nourish & Hydrate with an Avocado Mask

 

1 Tbsp of honey 

10 drops of rosehip seed oil 

1/4 of a ripe avocado

 

Combine all the ingredients together in a food processor and apply to face. Leave on for 5-10 minutes and remove with a warm, damp towel.

2 Tbsp of ripe papaya 

1 Tbsp of full-fat plain yogurt

 

Mix the papaya and yogurt together, preferably in a food processor and apply it to the face. Leave on for up to 10 minutes, depending on your skin's sensitivity and remove with a warm, damp towel.

 

Benefits:

Papaya is high in vitamin C and an enzyme called papain, which dissolves dead skin cells while the yogurt contains lactic acid, leaving the skin firm and smooth. Get ready for plump, clear skin.

 

Glow with a Cacao Papaya Mask

 

2 Tbsp ripe papaya 

1 Tbsp of cacao powder 

1 Tbsp Aloe Vera gel

 

Mix together preferably in a food processor and apply to face. Leave on up to 10 minutes and remove with a warm, damp towel.
